What we clean
Priced by the window, not by the hour.
Every quote is built from what you actually have. Count the windows, sort them into these types, and the number follows. No surprises on the invoice.
Picture & large panes
Fixed feature windows that do not open. Bigger surface, more care needed to finish without streaking, priced accordingly.
Sliding glass doors
Patio and balcony doors, both sides. Tracks are usually the dirtiest part of the house and are included in the door rate.
French & grid panes
Windows split into small panes by bars or muntins. Each pane is cleaned individually, so these take the longest and price highest.
Screens & tracks
Screens rinsed and reseated, tracks vacuumed, sills wiped down. Cheap to add when we are already there, and it makes the biggest visible difference.
Storm windows
A second exterior pane over the main window. Removed, cleaned on both sides, refitted. Priced as an add-on because of the handling.

The reason we do not own a ladder.
Nothing leaning on your house
No ladder feet in your flowerbed, no rails pressed against siding or gutters, nobody working overhead while your kids are in the yard.
In and out quietly
One person, a bucket and a pole. No crew in the driveway, no equipment left overnight, no reason for the neighbours to ask what is going on.
Honest about the limit
We reach roughly two stories from the ground. If part of your place is higher than that, we will say so before you spend time on a walkthrough.
Service area
North and northwest, within a reasonable drive of Tomball.
Anything further and the drive time starts showing up in your quote. We would rather say no than price it in.
