What moves the number. Window count and type first, then access. Ground-floor glass with a clear approach prices at the low end. Second-floor windows, landscaping in the way, gated access, or anything needing us escorted moves it up.
Volume and repeat work move it down. A standing quarterly booking or a steady flow of vacant units prices meaningfully better than one-off work.
Terms. Invoiced on completion, payable within seven days. Card, bank transfer, or check. No deposit to book, no call-out fee, no minimum inside the service area, and no charge for a quote or a walkthrough.
